A memorable moment from your job:
On my first rim to rim tour at the Grand Canyon it was completely socked in the whole day before we started down. Visibility was so low you couldn’t tell there was a Canyon there. The next morning was just as bad and a very dispirited and disappointed group started hiking down the North Kaibab. Just as we got to the Coconino Overlook we emerged from beneath the clouds and the Canyon was there in all its glory.
