* Paddles and PFDs (personal flotation devices) provided with all rentals. All boats must be launched and returned at the Enatai Beach Park Boathouse.

Rental Policy

Rental duration and extensions
Rentals can be booked online or you can walk up and rent day of. We rent watercraft by the hour.

Cancellations and Late Fees
To get a full refund, you’ll need to cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance on your rental start time. To modify your reservation, please email us at boathouse-wa@rei.com. For gear returned late, we charge a one-time late fee of $25 on top of the daily rate for each night the gear is late.

Early Returns
You are more than welcome to return your gear ahead of schedule, but we don’t offer any refunds for unused time.

Damage fees
If gear is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, we reserve the right to charge normal shop rates for repair.

If gear is damaged beyond repair, the customer will be charged the full retail price minus the rental fee.

Liability waivers
The renter must sign a rental agreement and a release of liability at the time of checkout.

Pickup and drop off
For pickup, bring a credit card.

For drop off, all rental gear should be returned to the location where you picked it up.

Promo terms and conditions
If you made a reservation during a promotional period but did not receive a discount, we’ll gladly apply the discount for you after the fact. Send us an email at boathouse-wa@rei.com with the name on your rental and we can refund the difference. You can also let our on-site team know when picking up your rental—they should be able to take care of that for you.
