Depending on the weather and the group’s desires, your guide will find the perfect trails for your family to explore. Follow your guide on a fairly level trail through meadows and along the base of towering granite cliffs that make even the adults in the group feel tiny again! This mellow interpretive tour of the Yosemite Valley Floor offers exceptional views of iconic landmarks like the mighty El Capitan, Half Dome, the Merced River, and more. This tour is a great way for groups with varied fitness levels and ages to experience the true heart of soul of Yosemite National Park.

What to Bring
Waterproof or water resistant jacket (seasonal) and the capacity to carry at least 3 liters of water.
Layered clothing appropriate for hiking and changing weather conditions. Baselayers, an insulating midlayer, and a shell will work together to keep you comfortable. A fleece or ‘puffy’ jacket or vest is highly recommended, as is a fleece hat and gloves.
Sturdy, waterproof hiking boots or trail running shoes are required. Synthetic or wool socks are recommended.
Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, handwarmers, hiking poles, rain pants, supplemental snacks, gratuity for your guide.
